个人简介:

王金凤(Jinfeng Wang),四级教授,硕士生导师。本科毕业于吉林大学化学学院,2012年获得迪肯大学材料学博士学位。之后作为博士后(Postdoc)、研究员(Research Fellow)和高级研究员Senior Research Fellow任职于澳大利亚DEAKIN大学先进材料研究所2011-2021年)20218月回国加入武汉纺织大学先进纺纱织造及清洁生产国家地方联合工程实验室,并组建以纺织清净生产和医用纤维材料为研究方向的科研团队。

作为项目第一负责人,主持并完成了澳大利亚政府、国际羊毛局、新西兰洗毛公司、澳洲水务局等14项研发项目,其中包括6个澳洲政府项目、5个校企合作研发项目,和3个学校创新项目,主持的项目总金额达110余万澳元580万人民币,并有3项研究成果已转化。近年来,在本领域期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者在ACS NanoJ. Mater. Chem. AACS Appl. Mater. InterfaceAdv. Colloid Interface Sci.等学术期刊发表论文37篇。影响因子大于12的论文9篇,大于7的论文31篇。论文引用次数>2100,H指数27(Google scholar)。

研究领域:

1. 天然纤维的清洁生产:我国拥有全球最完整的纺织产业链,然而,目前仅次于石油行业,纺织服装行业已成为全球第二大污染行业。解决纺织业与环境保护协调发展问题,对建设纺织强国有着重大的意义。课题组在提高纤维资源转化率、减少污染物等领域,开展了一系列的产学研合作,促进天然纤维在加工生产过程中废水废固无害化处理,及资源化再利用,并实现了研究成果的转化。具体研究包括:搭建了完善的微粉化工艺平台,实现了废弃纤维材料的微粉化,探讨了微粉在不同领域的应用;优化洗毛工艺,提高羊毛脂回收率;探究并比较环保型絮凝剂不同的失稳机制对废水的净化效果;考察絮凝剂种类对洗毛污泥可堆肥性质的影响,并根据中国及国际绿地土壤使用标准,探讨洗毛污泥作为有机土回归土地应用的可行性。

2. 功能性纤维材料随着世界变得越来越复杂,对材料功能的需求也越来越大。例如,最近的COVID - 19大流行更加强调了医疗保健和日常环境中使用的纺织品通过抗病毒和抗菌特性提供保护的能力。同样,由于消费者对可穿戴技术的兴趣激增,对智能纤维的需求也在不断增加。课题组开发具有先进的功能,并有能力感知运动或当地环境的其他变化的功能性纤维织物;理解新颖的纤维纺丝工艺、纳米材料对功能性纤维性能的影响,以及参数和性能组合如何影响纺织品的整合过程;研究开发可用于增强复合材料的特种纺织品。

3. 气体吸附/传感型纤维织物气体传感纺织品可以感应对人体有毒有害的气体,这将有助于实现危险气体的实时预警和污染气体的有效治理等。课题组建立并完善特色的气体检测及研究平台,为纺织品异味测试及气体传感纺织品的研究提供支撑与保障;以电纺丝所制备的金属氧化物纳米纤维为气体敏感材料,利用氩等离子表面处理技术,对金属氧化物材料表面的晶格氧进行移除,控制敏感材料表面氧空位并研究其对传感性能的影响;考察气体敏感材料与纤维织物的结合方式,以及多孔/层结构的构造对活性位点、气体分子吸附能力、电子在材料表面传导速度及表面利用率的影响;结合传感纤维的可控制备方法和传统纺纱织造工艺,构建基于纤维材料及纺织结构的可穿戴柔性气体传感型纺织品。
